WadeCV

For recruiters

Pay per CV screened. Everything else is free.

There is one thing WadeCV for Recruiters charges for: reading a CV against your rubric and scoring it. Posting jobs, receiving applications, running the pipeline, searching candidates, asking for video introductions and adding your team all cost nothing. Credits are bought in packs, never expire, and belong to the organisation.

WadeCV for Recruiters pricing, in brief
  1. One credit screens one CV: it is read against the role's rubric, scored, summarised and explained. That is the only thing WadeCV for Recruiters charges for.
  2. Every organisation starts with 10 free credits. Packs are 50 credits for $19, 200 for $59 and 1,000 for $199, bought once, no expiry, no subscription, no automatic renewal.
  3. Free, with no limits: job postings and the job board, the pipeline, candidate search, PathFinder, video introductions, analytics, merging duplicates, and as many team members as you like.
  4. Credits belong to the organisation, not to a person, so a recruiter leaving takes nothing with them and an admin can see every credit spent in the ledger.
  5. Re-screening costs a credit too: after you change the rubric, or move a candidate to another role, the preview says how many credits it will take before you confirm.

What a credit buys

One credit is one CV read in full against one role: the values of every criterion in the rubric, summaries of education and experience, contact details, a fit score with strengths and gaps, and search vectors so the candidate is findable afterwards. See how the screening works. Screening the same candidate again, after changing the rubric or moving them to a different role, is another credit, and the preview tells you how many before you confirm.

Screen your next batch of CVs against your own criteria

Set up your organisation, describe the role, and upload the CVs. Every one is read, scored and explained. Ten screenings are free; there is no subscription.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do credits expire?

No. Credits are bought once and stay on the organisation's balance until they are spent.

  • Is there a subscription or a per-seat price?

No. There is nothing recurring and no charge for members. A team of ten screening a hundred CVs a month pays for a hundred screenings.

  • What counts as one screening?

One CV read and scored against one role, whether it arrived by upload, by application to your job posting, or by re-screening an existing candidate after a rubric change or a move to another role. Routing a CV to the best open role when you upload it without one is part of the same credit.

  • What happens when the balance reaches zero?

Uploads are refused with a clear message, and applications from your job postings are stored as "Needs credits" until you top up; nothing is lost and applicants are never told. Everything that is free keeps working.

  • Can I get a refund?

The refund policy applies to organisation packs as to personal ones: a pack with no credits used can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, a partly used pack may be refunded for the unused part at our discretion within 14 days, and spent credits are not refundable since the screening has been done. Free starter credits have no cash value.

  • How do I pay?

By card through Stripe, from the organisation's billing page. Any admin or the owner can buy a pack; every purchase and every credit spent is listed in the ledger with who did it.
