About the partnership
We are looking for an independent Business Development Partner to help grow the ARSVOIM partner network in Georgia and internationally.
What you will do
- Find and approach relevant bloggers, KOLs, creators, community owners, stores and businesses.
- Present ARSVOIM and explain the partnership opportunity clearly.
- Help interested partners complete onboarding and start using referral tools.
- Build long-term relationships and support active partners.
- Track partner activity and results through ARSVOIM's BD tools and analytics.
Who this fits
- Experience in sales, business development, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, SMM, partnerships or community growth is useful.
- You are comfortable with outreach, negotiation and relationship building.
- Georgian, Russian or English communication skills are useful.
Format and conditions
- Fully remote and flexible.
- Contract / partnership format.
- No fixed salary or guaranteed income; rewards are performance-based.
- Referral links and non-financial analytics are already available.
- Commercial commissions and payouts will become active separately with ARSVOIM's commercial launch.
- Candidates never pay any fees, deposits, training charges or starter costs.
